Welcome to https://i.wine the website for "Wine Vault of Hobe sound, LLC". The terms “i.Wine”, “https://i.wine,” “us” or “we” refer to the owner of this website. The terms “you”, “your” or “customer” refer to the user or viewer of this website.

You must be 21 years of age or older to browse our website and purchase from i.Wine. "i.Wine" is not responsible for any purchases made by individuals who are not of legal drinking age. An adult signature is always required at time of delivery.

TITLE & OWNERSHIP

Title and ownership of all wines passes from "i.Wine" to the purchaser in the state of Florida and the purchaser takes all responsibility for the shipping of it from Florida to the purchaser's home state. By arranging transportation of the wine, "i.Wine" is providing a service to, and acting on behalf of the purchaser.  By utilizing this service from "i.Wine", the purchaser is representing that they are acting in a fashion compliant with their local and state laws regarding the purchase, transportation, and delivery of wine. The purchaser represents that they have obtained any required permission, paid any required fees or taxes, is working through properly licensed intermediaries where required, is legally entitled to take possession of wine and is legally entitled to take quantities ordered and authorizes that they are at least 21 years of age. "i.Wine" only uses shippers that require the purchaser to provide proof of age at the time of delivery.

SHIPPING DURING SUMMER AND EXTREME WEATHER CONDITIONS:

"i.Wine" retains the right to determine when conditions are safe to ship orders.  All wines are shipped from Florida, we will monitor closely our local and destination weather conditions to determine the best and safest time frame to ship out your order. We will communicate with you via email to discuss options. In the event of extended high temperature or bad weather conditions, we can store your wine free of charge up to 3 months of the date of purchase. SHIPPING & RETURNS

All online sales are final. Due to fragile nature of wine, once removed from our possession, the bottles may easily be damaged by heat, cold, or improper storage. We are unable to accept returns or offer refunds on any wines. All our wines are shipped using a 3rd party partner, by doing so you are relinquishing control to them for handling. We are not responsible once the wine has been picked-up. Remember to make sure that someone of at least 21 years of age or older is always available to provide a signature in order to receive your package. After the first attempt, you risk to expose your wine to extra potential damages.

Our third party carrier company does not ship to the following states:

ND, NH, UT, MS, AL, VT, KY, SD.

 Please allow up to 2 business days for processing your online order. If for any case the wine is no longer available we will communicate with you via email, refund your purchase or give you an alternative option.
