The wine
Échézeaux is the grand cru that bridges power and perfume, neighbour to the legends of Vosne, and the Felettig family farm it with care and a deft hand. Expect Pinot Noir of breadth and aromatic complexity, generous yet structured. The 2022 vintage is ripe, deep and seductively perfumed, grand cru charm with serious backbone.
Deep ruby in the glass, exhaling black cherry, raspberry, violet and a savoury hint of truffle and spice. The palate is full and silken, dark and red fruit interwoven with sweet spice, framed by fine, firm tannins and a mineral undercurrent. Liquorice, rose and forest floor lengthen a sumptuous, persistent finish. The generous, fragrant face of grand cru Vosne.
